Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Tags still attached
- In the original packaging
- Not marked as a final sale item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@louisboutique.store with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the item (required for damaged or incorrect items)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at info@louisboutique.store with your order number and the details of the exchange you would like.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@louisboutique.store with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account and contact your card issuer first, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@louisboutique.store and we will investigate promptly.
